What should I send for model selection?
Send the network type, required interfaces, protocol list, power input, installation environment and quantity.
Can I get a datasheet before ordering?
Yes. Datasheets and manuals are available in the download center above, and additional documents can be sent on request.
Do you support OEM or ODM?
Yes. Logo, label, enclosure details, firmware behavior and port configuration can be discussed for project orders.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Sample orders and small trial batches are supported. MOQ depends on the model and customization level, and the exact MOQ is confirmed together with the quotation.
How long is the production lead time?
Lead time depends on the model, order quantity and customization requirements. We confirm the delivery schedule together with the quotation so you can plan installation dates.
Which protocols and interfaces do the gateways support?
Gateways support common industrial protocols such as MQTT and Modbus RTU/TCP, with 4G LTE, LoRa/LoRaWAN and Wi-SUN connectivity options across the range. Send us your protocol list and we will match the right model.
